Ah, man! I forgot about that one, I knew it sounded familiar. Anyway... I have yet to do a riddle so... Close to Germany, but not quite German. On the sea, yet always flying... what is it? (I just thought of this, I think it's good) I made this up myself.

Hint:Close to Germany, but not quite German. On the sea, yet always flying... what is it? To think within the bounds of relative location, you probably will not get this. The blue phrase has a dual meaning.
Also note that "Germany" and "German" are not the same thing. One is a noun, the other is an adjective.

Wow... I completely forgot about this thread! Anyway... The first phrase has a dual meaning. (1) Netherlands is close to Germany in proximity. (2) Its demonym, Dutch, is close to Deutsch, the demonym of Germany in German. It is on the sea, therefore on water. What goes on water? Ships. But ships don't fly?
