Hello TEL,
I am Nicholas II, the founder and Head of State of TEL. I am a well experienced player in P&W, so you can ask me just about anything. I was an official in my previous alliance. I doubled its membership and quadrupled its forum membership. I gave many ideas, most of which were implemented with unanimous vote, and helped many new recruits grow. Aside from P&W, I am a huge history buff; hence my username and corresponding profile picture, which directly mirror my P&W country (here: politicsandwar.com/nation/id=4918 ). I very much enjoy learning. Most of my spare time goes to reading things like encyclopedias, mostly history, philosophy, and linguistics.
